Customize your account and manage your preferences

The User Panel brings together everything related to your personal ENSPACE account: profile data, subscription, integrations, security, and experimental features.

The settings made here apply to all workspaces you are part of. This is different from workspace-specific settings, which only affect that particular environment and are managed by those who have permission within it.

To access the User Panel, click the icon with your initials (or your photo) in the top right corner of the screen and select "User Settings".

Profile

Edit your name, choose the interface language, and define the visual theme (light or dark). These preferences apply to your entire ENSPACE experience across all workspaces.

For more details, see the Profile page.

Billing

View the details of your plan and track the consumption of en-credits — the internal ENSPACE currency used for features such as artificial intelligence.

For questions related to plan changes, payments, or refunds, contact support at suporte@enspace.io.

For more details, see the Billing page.

Integrations

Connect your ENSPACE account to external services. Currently, the available personal integrations are with Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail.

Personal integrations are different from workspace integrations. Here you connect your individual account; in the workspace, integrations are configured for the entire environment.

For more details, see the Integrations page.

Dev

Generate personal access tokens to authenticate calls to the ENSPACE API. This tab is intended for technical users who need to configure advanced automations or custom integrations with other systems.

For more details, see the Dev page.

Lab

Try out features that are still in testing. The Lab allows you to enable and disable experimental features at any time — each feature indicates its maturity level (Alpha, Beta) and degree of risk.

For more details, see the Lab page.

Attention
Experimental features may contain bugs or unexpected behavior. Use at your own risk in production environments.

Security

Manage your account credentials. Currently, this tab allows you to view security information associated with your access.

Password changes are not yet available through this screen. If you need to reset your password, use the Access Recovery flow.

For more details, see the Security page.
