Billing
Track your en-credits and transactions
The Billing tab is where you track everything related to credit usage within ENSPACE. From it, you can check your current balance, view the history of transactions, and request new credits when needed.
To access it, click the icon with your initials (or your photo) in the top right corner of the screen, select "User Settings", and navigate to the Billing tab.
The Billing tab can also be accessed through the System menu, within the workspace General Settings. The difference is that the user panel shows your wallet across all workspaces you are part of, while the System view is specific to the current workspace. En-credits
En-credits are ENSPACE’s internal currency. They are used for consuming platform features, such as artificial intelligence. Each workspace has its own en-credits wallet, and the user also has a personal wallet.
If a workspace’s en-credits balance reaches zero, features that depend on credits will be blocked. When trying to use them, you will see a notification indicating that there are no credits available. To resume usage, request new credits or wait for the approval of a pending request.
User wallet
At the top of the Billing tab, you will find your Wallet, which displays:
- Available balance — the current amount of en-credits.
- Wallet status — indicates whether your wallet is active or inactive.

Transaction history
Right below the wallet, the Transaction History records all movements. Each row displays:
- Amount — quantity of en-credits involved in the operation.
- Type — debit (credits consumed) or credit (top-ups added).
- Description — contextual summary of the transaction (e.g., which feature generated the consumption).
- Date — date and time of the transaction. The history supports continuous loading: as you scroll the page, new transactions are automatically loaded, without pagination.

Credit requests
When you need more en-credits, you can submit a request directly from this tab. Click the request button and enter the desired amount.
After submitting, the request will have the status Pending until a workspace responsible person approves or rejects it. You can track all your requests in the Credit Requests section, organized by status:
- Pending — awaiting review.
- Approved — credits already added to your wallet.
- Rejected — request denied by the responsible person.
- Canceled — request canceled by you or by the responsible person. Use the filter tabs to switch between statuses and find specific requests.
