Integrations

Connect your ENSPACE account to Outlook Calendar and Outlook Mail to centralize your routine.
updated

Connect your account to external services

In the Integrations tab, you connect ENSPACE to external services from your personal account. This connection allows you to centralize information from other software directly in the platform.

Currently, the available personal integrations are:

  • Outlook Calendar — synchronizes events and meetings from your calendar (primary and shared) with the ENSPACE calendar. Allows you to create and edit events directly within the platform.
  • Outlook Mail — displays your inbox within ENSPACE and allows you to link emails to tasks and records in the platform.

Personal integrations are different from workspace integrations. Here you connect your individual account; in the workspace, integrations are configured for the entire environment and managed by those who have permission.

To access it, click the icon with your initials (or your photo) in the top right corner of the screen, select "User Settings", and navigate to the Integrations tab.

How to connect

Access the Integrations tab

In the User Panel, navigate to the Integrations tab.

Choose the service

Select Outlook Calendar or Outlook Mail and click "Sync".

Log in to your corporate Microsoft account

You will be redirected to the Microsoft login screen. Enter your corporate account credentials.

Accept the security terms

Authorize ENSPACE to access the data from the selected service.

Done

You will be redirected back to ENSPACE with the integration active. A "Integrated" badge will be displayed on the service card.

Information
During the process, the integration may appear as "unverified" by Microsoft. This does not represent a risk — ENSPACE uses the OAuth2 protocol for secure authentication and does not store your passwords.

Manage integrations

After connecting a service, you can update or remove the integration at any time from the same tab.

If you need to revoke ENSPACE’s access to your Microsoft account outside the platform, go to myapps.microsoft.com and remove the permission directly there.
