Getting Started
User Guide
ENSPACE is an operational management platform that allows you to organize data, automate processes, and collaborate as a team — all in a single environment accessible through the browser.
No software installation is required. You access ENSPACE directly via the internet, create your workspace, and start working. Most features do not require technical knowledge — the platform was designed so that anyone can configure and operate their processes.
ENSPACE adapts to different areas and needs: legal, HR, finance, procurement, customer service, product teams, accounting — any corporate operation that requires structure, visibility, and control.
To use ENSPACE, it is necessary to subscribe to a plan. Each plan defines limits for users, records, automations, and other resources. Check the available plans to choose the one that best fits your operation.
