Registration and Access
In ENSPACE, user registration to a workspace happens in a controlled way, exclusively through invitations sent by administrators.
In addition, every login is protected by secure authentication processes that ensure only authorized people have access to the information.
How registration works
User registration is done exclusively by invitation:
- An administrator sends an invitation to the new user's email.
- The user receives a link and, upon clicking, is directed to the registration page.
- They fill in their personal information and create a secure password.
- Once completed, the user is registered as a workspace member.
Important notes:
- Only administrators can invite new members.
- Invitations are valid for a limited time (15 days) and expire if not used in time.
- While the invitation is not accepted, the user appears in the member list with the Pending status, and the administrator can revoke the invitation at any time.
How access works
After being registered as a workspace member, you can access ENSPACE through one of the following methods:
- Email and password: the traditional method, using the email and password set by the user at registration.
- Corporate login (SSO): if the workspace is integrated with an identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft), you can log in using your corporate credentials.

Important:
Access sessions are time-limited and automatically expire after long periods of inactivity.
Access recovery
If you forgot your password, you can recover it by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.
