User Panel
Your profile is the starting point for customizing how you interact with ENSPACE.
Here, you can adjust personal data, language, interface appearance, and security settings—all in a simple and straightforward way.
What you’ll find on the screen
In the Profile settings area, you will find the following tabs:
- Profile: where you can edit your general information and account preferences.
- Billing (coming soon): where you will be able to view details of your ENSPACE subscription.
- Integrations: where you can manage your account’s integrations with external services.
- Dev: where you can generate personal access tokens to authenticate calls to our API.
- Lab: where you can try out new features that are still in the testing phase.
- Security: where you can manage your credentials and strengthen the protection of your account.
In summary, each tab of your User Panel centralizes one aspect of your ENSPACE experience: from personal data to security and advanced integrations.
Profile
In the Profile tab of your User Panel, you can access and edit your personal information and account preferences.
Here, you will find fields such as:
- Profile picture → the image that will identify your user profile.
- First and last name → how you will be identified in workflows and platform records.
- Language → sets the default navigation language in ENSPACE.
- Visual Preferences → you can choose up to two aesthetic themes for your personal use.
How to access and edit your profile information
- Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen
(it can be your profile picture, if already set, or the initials of your first and last name). - Select “Profile” in the menu.
- Edit the desired information.
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
Useful tips
- Always keep your data updated to improve traceability in workflows and processes.
- Personalize your interface with themes and language to make your usage more comfortable.
- In accounts with SSO, security changes must be made outside ENSPACE.
