ENSPACE Workspaces System
In ENSPACE, Workspaces are independent environments that allow you to organize, customize, and manage different areas or units of your company efficiently and securely.
Each Workspace can represent a specific department, client, project, or even a branch, providing flexibility and full control over operations.
What is a Workspace?
A Workspace is an isolated work area where you can:
- Organize data: Create types and custom items for each need.
- Manage users: Define profiles and permissions for each collaborator.
- Automate processes: Use workflows to automate tasks and approvals.
- Centralize information: Store documents, records, and communications in a single location.
Each Workspace has its own settings, ensuring that the operations of one area or unit do not interfere with others.
Workspace Home Screen
When accessing ENSPACE, you are directed to the Workspace Home Screen, which provides an overview of all environments you have access to. Each Workspace is displayed as a card showing essential information and quick actions.
Workspace Cards
Each card represents a Workspace and allows you to:
- View the Workspace: Click the card to enter the environment.
- See your role: Quickly identify your role within the Workspace.
- Favorite: Mark the Workspace as a favorite to easily find it in the dedicated tab.
- Quick actions: Depending on your permission, you can leave the Workspace if you are not the owner.

Favorites Tab
Workspaces you marked as favorites appear in the Favorites tab, making it easy to access the environments most important to your daily work.

Search Bar
At the top of the screen, there is a search bar that allows you to quickly locate Workspaces by name, speeding up navigation between multiple environments.
Leaving a Workspace
If you are not the owner of a Workspace, you can leave the environment directly from the corresponding card. This removes your access but does not affect the data or other users of the Workspace.

Access and Permissions Control
Within each Workspace, it is possible to:
- Define user profiles: Create roles and assign specific permissions for each function.
- Manage access: Control who can view, edit, or delete information within the Workspace.
- Isolate data: Ensure that sensitive information is accessible only to authorized users.
Workspace Features
Each Workspace in ENSPACE can offer a range of features to optimize management and operations. For example:
- Contract management: Create templates, add custom watermarks, and perform digital signatures automatically.
- Process automation: Eliminate repetitive tasks by creating workflows with controlled tasks and activities.
- Multichannel support: Integrate chatbots, Teams, Slack, and WhatsApp in a single location.
- Task management: Assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and send scheduled alerts and notifications.
- Email integration: Centralize all inboxes in one place for easier tracking of received messages.
- Data control: Create intelligent and interactive forms with various fields, collect information, and define rules for processing.
- Custom reports: Generate detailed reports based on the specific data of each Workspace.
