Modules can be enabled or disabled according to the organization's needs.

Modules Overview

In ENSPACE, modules are complementary features that can be individually activated, depending on each company’s or workspace’s needs. They expand the platform with specialized tools focused on specific processes.

These modules are natively integrated into the system.

How modules work

  • ⚙️ On-demand activation: each workspace can activate only the modules that make sense for its operation.
  • 🔒 Respect for permissions: modules follow the same access controls applied to the rest of the system.
  • 🔁 Seamless integration: they integrate with other ENSPACE features such as tasks, forms, and notifications.

Available Modules

  • 💰 Monetary Adjustment
    Automatically applies financial corrections based on indices such as IPCA, INPC, or custom ones, ensuring accuracy in analyses, reports, and financial workflows.
  • 📊 Comparisons
    Allows comparison of data across different sources or time periods (such as contracts vs. receivables).

Activating a module

To activate a module:

  1. Go to the workspace settings.
  2. Navigate to the “General” section.
  3. Enable the desired module.

These modules are continuously updated, and new ones may be added as ENSPACE evolves.
