Connect ENSPACE to external digital signature, messaging, email, and artificial intelligence platforms.

Integrations

The Integrations screen lets you connect the workspace to external platforms, adding features such as digital document signing, message sending, transactional email delivery, and artificial intelligence processing.

To access it, click Settings > Integrations in the sidebar menu. The screen displays all available integrations, organized by category. To activate an integration, click Install Integration on the corresponding card and fill in the settings required by the platform.


Digital Signers

Automate the sending, signing, and storage of legally valid documents. Available platforms are:

  • Certisign — digital signature with ICP-Brasil certificates.
  • Adobe Sign — electronic signature integrated with the Adobe ecosystem.
  • D4Sign — digital signature focused on auditing and multi-signer control.
  • Clicksign — signature via email, SMS, and digital certificate.
  • Docusign — electronic signature with flow control and automated delivery.

Messaging Channels

Send automated messages to your users through communication platforms:

  • WhatsApp — message sending via WhatsApp using the Twilio API. Suited for notifications, confirmations, and reminders.

Email

Automate transactional email and notification delivery:

  • SendGrid — email delivery service with high deliverability, used for automated messages such as alerts and status updates.

Artificial Intelligence

Add AI capabilities to the workspace:

  • OpenAI — integration with language models for text generation, data interpretation, and content automation.
