Emails

The Emails section centralizes everything involving email communication within the workspace, from viewing sent messages to creating reusable templates and configuring senders.

To access it, expand Emails in the sidebar menu under Settings.


Sent Emails

Displays the history of all emails sent by the workspace. Lets you check the recipient, subject, send date, and status of each message, making it easy to track both automatic and manual communications.

Email Templates

Lets you create and manage reusable email templates. Templates are used by flows, notifications, and other workspace automations to send messages with standardized content and formatting.

Email Inboxes

Email Inboxes are senders configured for sending emails from the workspace. When creating an inbox, you define the name, address, and provider that will be used as the sender in communications sent by ENSPACE, such as notifications, flow emails, and automated messages.
