Use Cases
The Use Cases screen offers a catalog of ready-made templates that can be imported into the workspace. Each use case is a pre-configured package with categories, fields, flows, and other structures, organized by business area.
Templates are maintained and updated by the ENSPACE team.
To access it, navigate to Settings > Interface > Use Cases.
Structural use cases
The Structural tab displays the catalog of available templates, organized by business category (Commercial, General, Legal, among others).
Each use case card displays the name and a brief description. Clicking Learn More opens a modal with detailed information:
- Description — what the template does and what problem it solves.
- Objective — what it's for.
- Target audience — which teams or areas benefit.
- Included features — what will be imported (categories, fields, flows, etc.).
To import, click Migrate Use Case. The entire template structure will be added to the workspace.
Use case upload
The Upload tab lets you import your own use cases — such as packages exported from another workspace or templates created by your team.
To import, select the file and upload it. The system will process the structure and add it to the workspace.
Considerations
- Migrating a use case adds new structures to the workspace without altering existing ones.
- After import, all categories, fields, and flows from the template are available for customization.
