Track emails sent by the system, including notifications, invitations, and other communications.

Sent Emails
The Sent Emails screen provides a centralized log of all emails dispatched by the workspace. It allows administrators and managers to track, view, and resend communications sent to workspace members or contacts.
How to access
In the sidebar menu, expand Emails and click Sent Emails. The listing will be loaded with all sent email records.
Screen structure
The listing displays sent emails in a table format with the following columns:
- Actions — dropdown menu with available options for the email: View Email and Resend Email.
- Created on — date and time the email was sent by the system.
- Email — the main recipient's email address.
- Email CC — email addresses copied on the send (CC). Displays a dash (–) when there is no copy.
- Subject — the sent email's title/subject.
- Task — system task associated with the email send. May be empty (–).
Available actions
Each record has an action button in the Actions column. Clicking it opens a dropdown menu with the following options:
- View Email — opens the full content of the sent email, letting you view the message body, recipients, and other details.
- Resend Email — allows resending the same email to the original recipient. Useful when the initial send failed or the recipient requests a resend.
Pagination
The bottom of the screen displays pagination controls for navigating between multiple pages of records, including navigation buttons, a current page indicator, a records-per-page selector, and a total record counter.
Best practices
- The Resend Email feature is useful when a recipient didn't receive the message or the initial send failed.
- Use filters and search to quickly locate specific emails in workspaces with high send volumes.
- Displayed records are read-only, except for the resend action.
