Schedule
Manage your schedule and commitments
The Schedule is the central hub for time organization in your workspace. It consolidates, in a single calendar view, the deadlines of your items, your pending tasks, and your integrated meetings, allowing both a macro and detailed control of your routine.
To access it, click on Schedule in the Member section of the side menu.
How to create events and tasks
The schedule is not just for viewing; you can register new commitments directly from it.
Click the add button
In the bottom right corner of the screen, click the floating button (+).
Choose the type of record
Select whether you want to create a Task or an Event (via Outlook integration).
Fill in the information
Enter the necessary details and save. The new record will automatically appear on the corresponding day.
Visual identification and colors
The system uses a color-coding scheme to help quickly distinguish between different types of activities. Although there are suggested patterns, colors are fully customizable in the settings.
- Meetings and Events — Commitments synchronized from your Microsoft account.
- Category Items — Records from categories (such as Contracts or Processes). You can define a specific color for each monitored category.
- Tasks — Deliveries and deadlines in the workspace with associated dates.
- Shared Calendars — Events from coworkers that you choose to view (also customizable by color).
What you can view
The schedule is flexible and only shows what you configure as relevant:
Items and Deadlines
If you work in a "Legal Processes" category, for example, you can configure each process to appear on the schedule based on the "Hearing Date" field.
Outlook Calendar
Unlike other tools, the ENSPACE Schedule integrates natively with Microsoft Outlook/Teams. By connecting your account, your personal commitments and work meetings appear here, respecting your user email.
Team Schedules
If you have permission, you can overlay a coworker’s schedule onto yours to identify availability windows and coordinate meetings efficiently.
If you want to learn more about how to customize default colors or select which categories should appear in your calendar, access the Schedule Settings.
