Sync your Outlook and Teams calendar
Integration with Microsoft Outlook allows you to centralize your time management by automatically displaying your Teams meetings and appointments in the ENSPACE schedule. With this connection active, any changes made in ENSPACE are reflected in Outlook and vice versa, ensuring your schedule is always up to date.
To configure the integration, go to your Profile in the top menu and click on the Integrations tab.
How to connect your account
Follow the steps below to authorize ENSPACE to sync your events:
Access integration settings
In your profile, locate the Outlook calendar integration card.

Start synchronization
Click Sync. You will be redirected to Microsoft’s secure environment to select your account.
The system allows only one Microsoft account to be connected per ENSPACE user.
Grant access permissions
Accept the requested permissions. ENSPACE will strictly access your calendar data to display and manage events; the system does not have access to your emails.
If you change your Outlook password, the integration will be updated automatically without requiring manual reconfiguration in ENSPACE.
Manage events through the Schedule
After integration, your meetings appear in the calendar and follow the recurrence rules configured in Outlook.
Create new events
When creating an event in the ENSPACE schedule, you can send official Outlook invitations:
Outlook event details
- Integration — Select "Outlook".
- Participants — Add emails to send automatic invitations.
- Synchronization — The event will appear instantly in both ENSPACE and your Microsoft Teams/Outlook.
Editing and deletion
You can edit or delete meetings directly through the schedule interface, as long as you are the organizer of the meeting. If you are only an attendee, editing options will be disabled.
How to disable the integration
If you want to stop calendar synchronization, you can remove access at any time.
Access your profile
Click your photo/name in the top right corner of the platform.
Go to Integrations
Locate the Outlook card and select the option to disable or disconnect.
To manage your Outlook connection, refer to the User Integrations documentation.
