Translate your workspace texts

The Dictionaries tab, within Settings > System, allows you to translate the texts created during workspace configuration into the three languages supported by ENSPACE: Portuguese (Brazil), English, and Spanish.

Unlike automatic interface translations, dictionaries act on content created by you — such as category names, fields, subfields, descriptions, form labels, and help texts. Translations are automatically applied for members who access the workspace in the corresponding language.

If a key is not translated, the member will see the text in the original language in which it was created.

How to access

On the Dictionaries screen, translation keys are organized by category. At the top, three tabs allow selecting the target language: English, Spanish, or Portuguese (Brazil). Translation is done one language at a time — the language of the selected tab.

Each key displays the original text and the field for translation. A counter in the top right corner shows the progress (e.g., "0 of 3651 translated").

Ways to translate

Inline editing

Edit each key directly on the screen. Click the translation cell, type the value, and the change is saved by clicking Save translations in the top right corner. Recommended for small adjustments.

Spreadsheet import

For large-scale translation, export the spreadsheet template with all keys, fill in the translation column, and reimport it. Recommended when there is a large volume of keys.

Automatic translation with AI

The system can translate automatically using artificial intelligence. The translation is applied to the language of the selected tab.

• Translate all — click the automatic translation button at the top of the screen to translate all keys of the selected language at once.
• Translate individually — click the translation icon next to a specific key.

New keys are automatically added to the dictionary whenever you create fields, forms, or categories in the workspace.
