System
General Settings
The General Settings screen brings together the fundamental configurations of the workspace. To access it, navigate to Settings > System in the side menu.
The content is organized into five tabs:
Only members with Owner or Full licenses (with permission) can access and modify system settings.
Basic Information
Defines the workspace’s identification data and general preferences: name, reference, description, icon, default language, and additional display settings.
This is also where you find the Modules section, which allows you to enable or disable optional workspace features (such as Monetary Correction and Comparisons), and the Danger Zone, with the option to permanently delete the workspace.
For more details, see Basic Information.
Calendar
Configures the workspace calendar preferences: working days of the week, holiday synchronization, and enabling occurrences on the calendar.
For more details, see Calendar.
Notifications
Allows you to replace native overdue task notifications with custom rules. By default, ENSPACE sends three email notifications for tasks with deadlines: 1 day before the due date, on the due date, and 1 day after. When custom notifications are enabled, these three notifications are disabled and only your rules will be applied.
For more details, see Notifications.
Dictionaries
Translation dictionaries allow you to translate texts created during workspace configuration — such as field names, form labels, and help texts — into the three languages supported by ENSPACE (Portuguese, English, and Spanish). Translations are automatically applied according to the user’s language.
For more details, see Dictionaries.
Billing
Centralizes the workspace’s financial control: available en-credits balance, transaction history, and management of top-up requests. This is the workspace-specific view — different from the Billing tab in the User Panel, which shows your wallet across all workspaces.
For more details, see Billing.
