Structure

The Structure section brings together the three pillars of data configuration and workspace automation. This is where you define how information is organized, which options are available in forms, and how workflows operate.

To access it, expand Structure in the Settings section of the sidebar menu.

Categories

Categories are the fundamental building blocks of ENSPACE. Each category represents a type of business data — such as contracts, clients, projects, or service requests — and can be configured with fields, forms, flows, reports, and many other features.

It's within categories that you model the workspace's information structure, adapting ENSPACE to your operation's reality.

Lists

Lists are reusable sets of options that feed selection fields in categories. Instead of typing the same options in each field, you create a centralized list and link it to the fields that need it.

Spaceflow

Spaceflows are the workspace's automated workflows. They connect actions in sequence — such as sending emails, creating tasks, applying conditionals, and executing operations on records — allowing you to automate processes that would otherwise be manual.

A Spaceflow is configured using nodes, which are the flow's building blocks. Each node represents an action or decision within the process.
