Navigation
Get to know the workspace interface
When you enter a workspace, you’ll find an interface organized into fixed areas that allow quick access to any platform resource. This page presents each available navigation element.
Sidebar menu
The sidebar is the main navigation method within the workspace. It is always visible on the left side of the screen and is divided into three groups.

Member
The Member section contains everyday usage screens. This is where you track your work, view data, and interact with workspace records.

- Home — default entry screen of the workspace.
- Spaceflows — monitor executions of configured flows.
- Categories — quick access to your data. Appears only when categories are enabled for the sidebar in settings.
- Tasks — divided into two submenus: Scheduled (tasks generated by Spaceflows) and Quick (kanban for manual or flow-based tasks).
- Calendar — workspace event calendar, optionally integrated with Outlook.
Navigating categories
When expanding Categories, each enabled category appears as a submenu. Clicking a category reveals another level with viewing options:
- All — displays all items in the category.
- By form — displays only items created from a specific form.

In a newly created workspace, the Member menu may appear reduced, since there are no active categories or configurations yet.
Settings
The Settings section contains workspace configuration screens. This is where you build and adjust how the workspace operates.

- Overview — panel with quick actions and global workspace information.
- System — general workspace settings.
- Structure — divided into three submenus: Categories (manage all categories), Lists (manage all lists), and Spaceflow (create and manage flows).
- Member Management — full control over workspace access.
- Interface — includes: Menus (create and reorder custom menus in Member), Screens (define interfaces shown in custom menus), and Use Cases (import ready-made structures or migrate configurations between workspaces).
- Emails — includes: Sent Emails (history), Email Templates (create templates for flows), and Inbox (receive emails via custom addresses).
- Integrations — native connections between external tools and ENSPACE.
- AI Agents — create custom intelligent assistants independent of BENI AI.
- Logs — execution records for auditing purposes.
- Credentials — access keys for custom integrations (e.g., external API tokens).
Help
The Help section provides support resources.

- BENI AI — ENSPACE’s native AI assistant. It has access to the entire workspace and can perform actions like a user — retrieving data, creating records, answering questions.
- Releases — timeline of ENSPACE versions.
- Documentation — opens this full guide in a new browser tab.
Workspace selector
At the top of the sidebar, click the workspace name to open the selection panel. It allows quick switching between workspaces you belong to.

The panel organizes workspaces into three tabs:
- All — all available workspaces.
- Favorites — starred workspaces.
- Recent — recently accessed workspaces.
Each workspace shows its name, slug, icon, and your role. A search bar at the top helps locate workspaces quickly.
Global search
ENSPACE includes a global search accessible via CTRL + K or by clicking the search field below the workspace selector. This opens a command palette.

The palette allows:
- Menu navigation — quick access to all Member and Settings items.
- Documentation access — links to User Guide, API Reference, Profile, and Workspaces.
- Action execution — such as opening BENI AI chat.
- Theme switching — choose between System, Light, and Dark.
Global search navigates menus and actions. To search within your data, use filters inside each category.
