Releases
Track the platform evolution
The Releases screen centralizes the ENSPACE update history, allowing you to check new features, improvements, and bug fixes natively, without leaving your workspace.
To access it, in the left sidebar menu, locate the Help section and click on Releases.
What you’ll find in Releases
Updates are presented in a timeline format (timeline), where each card details the most relevant changes for your operation.
- New Features — Launches of major functionalities and modules.
- Improvements — Adjustments to existing features to optimize performance or usability.
- Fixes — Resolution of instabilities or unexpected system behavior.
Understand versioning
ENSPACE uses a logical numbering structure to identify the impact of each update. Taking Version 2.5.1 as an example, see what each number represents:
| Position | Type | Description | Example (2.5.1) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st Number | Major | Structural changes or high-impact modifications. | 2 (Second major version) |
| 2nd Number | Minor | Addition of new features or feature improvements. | 5 (Fifth feature release) |
| 3rd Number | Patch | Quick fixes, bug adjustments, or security updates. | 1 (First fix of the version) |
Think of Major as a house renovation, Minor as new furniture arriving, and Patch as fixing a burned-out light bulb.
