Your intelligent assistant in ENSPACE
BENI is ENSPACE’s native artificial intelligence, designed to execute tasks within your workspace. Unlike common chats, BENI doesn’t just converse — it directly interacts with workspace data to create, query, and update records, tasks, members, and more, according to your instructions.
BENI uses a set of AI tools that define what it can do. These same tools are also available for custom AI Agents.
BENI consumes en-credits with each interaction. Consumption varies depending on the complexity of the request.
How to access
You can interact with BENI in three ways:
- Floating widget — the BENI icon is located at the bottom right corner of the screen. You can click and drag it to any position.
- Sidebar menu — access Help > BENI AI for a full-screen chat experience.
- Global Search — use the shortcut CTRL + K and select the AI Chat action.
What BENI can do
BENI operates as a technical assistant for your operations. It acts strictly under your credentials — respecting your role permissions and license type. Members with a Viewer license do not have access to BENI.
BENI automates actions that you could perform manually in the workspace — if you don’t have access to a category or feature, BENI won’t have it either. It does not perform record deletions.
Capabilities
- Query and manipulate data — create, search, list, and update records in any workspace category.
- Manage tasks — create tasks, check details, update status, and register approvals.
- Manage members and groups — view members, invite people, change roles, create and edit groups.
- Manage categories and fields — view workspace structure, create categories and fields.
- Process files — read and interpret documents (PDF, spreadsheets, DOC, DOCX, TXT, images) to extract information or summarize content.
- Send emails — send formatted messages through the workspace.
- Generate links — create direct links to specific ENSPACE pages.
- Batch actions — perform updates on up to 50 records per command.
Privacy and security
- Your conversations are restricted to ENSPACE’s secure environment and are not used to train external AI models.
- All actions performed by BENI are recorded in the workspace’s Audit Log, indicating that the change was made via AI under your user account.
BENI uses Large Language Model (LLM) technology. Like any AI, responses and actions are subject to hallucinations — generation of incorrect information or unexpected executions. Critically review results before considering them final.

Difference between BENI and AI Agents
BENI is ENSPACE’s default assistant — it comes ready to use, has access to all the tools listed above, and operates under the permissions of the interacting user.
AI Agents are custom assistants that you create under Settings > AI Agents. When creating an agent, you choose which tools it can access, define specific instructions, and can restrict its scope of operation.
