Explore the ENSPACE user guide
The Documentation shortcut is your complete support portal. It connects you to the official repository that brings together everything from basic concepts to advanced technical guides for configuring your operation.
To access it, in the left sidebar menu, locate the Help section and click on Documentation. The portal will automatically open in a new browser tab.
Resources available in the portal
Unlike the quick view within the workspace, the external portal offers a complete learning experience:
Documentation Features
- Global Search — Quickly find any topic or tutorial through the search bar.
- Interactive Tutorials — Learn how to use features through guided, interactive walkthroughs.
- AI Chat (coming soon) — When logged into the portal, you can use our AI assistant to get real-time answers about the content.
- Languages — The documentation is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. You can switch languages using the selector located at the top right of the portal.
Security and Navigation
Although the documentation is public and external to the workspace environment, it is part of the official ENSPACE ecosystem.
- Secure Navigation — Your work data remains protected and isolated; accessing the portal does not pose any risk to your workspace security.
- Generic Content — The documentation explains the platform’s standard tools. Company-specific business rules should be consulted with your internal administrator.
