Allows the agent to search and list workspace tasks with filters by status, priority, assignee, and deadline.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool whenever the user wants to view, list, or search tasks in the workspace.
Practical examples:
- "What tasks are pending for João?"
- "Show me all urgent open tasks"
- "Which tasks are due this week?"
- "List the tasks that are blocked"
What the agent can do
- List workspace tasks with filters
- Search by keyword in the title or description
- Filter by status, priority, assignee, and deadline
- View only tasks accessible by the current user
Information the agent uses

| Search | Optional: keyword to find tasks |
| Filters | Optional: status, priority, assignee, deadline |
| Limit | How many tasks to show (default: 10, maximum: 50) |
| Only mine | Optional: show only tasks accessible by the user |
Important notes
- Returns a maximum of 50 tasks per query
- Only standalone tasks are returned — workflow tasks do not appear here
