Allows the agent to create new tasks in the workspace and assign them to team members.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the agent needs to create follow-up, approval, or generic action tasks for workspace members.
Practical examples:
- "Create a task for João to review the contract by Friday"
- "Open a high-priority approval task for the manager"
- The agent automatically creates tasks when receiving a new case
This tool creates standalone tasks. Tasks linked to workflows are managed separately.
What the agent can do
- Create generic or approval tasks
- Assign the task to a specific member
- Set priority (low, normal, high, urgent)
- Set a due date
- Add collaborators to the task
- Link the task to a workspace record
