Allows the agent to add new people to a member group without removing those already in it.


When to enable this tool

Use this tool when the agent needs to expand a group with new members, without changing the current composition.

Practical examples:

  • "Add Maria and Pedro to the Legal Team group"
  • Include new collaborators in an existing group after onboarding
  • Add members to a project group without removing existing ones

If you want to completely replace a group's members, use Edit Member Group.

What the agent can do

  • Add one or more people to an existing group
  • Keep the group's current members intact (incremental operation)

Important notes

  • People being added must already be active members of the workspace — it is not possible to add external users
  • Those who already belong to the group are not duplicated
  • At least one person must be provided to add
