Allows the agent to find and display a specific record using its unique reference code.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the user mentions a code, case number, contract number, or any identifier that represents a specific record in the workspace.
Practical examples:
- The user says "show me case PROC-001" or "what's the status of contract CON-458?"
- The agent needs to verify a record's current information before updating it
- The user pastes a reference code and wants to know the details
What the agent can do
- Find a specific record by its unique code
- View all fields and filled values in the record
- Check who created the record and when
- Query the category fields along with the record data
Information the agent uses

| Reference code | The record's unique code (e.g.: PROC9D40E6EDED...) |
Important notes
- The code must be exact — there is no partial or approximate code search
- The provided category must be the one where the record was created
