Generating an Integration Key with DocuSign

In this tutorial, you will learn step-by-step how to generate an integration key with your DocuSign account and configure it in ENSPACE.

Accessing the DocuSign Environment

First, access the correct DocuSign environment:

• Production: DocuSign Login
• Sandbox: DocuSign Login (Sandbox)

Note: You need to be logged in with your DocuSign credentials (email and password).

Creating the Integration Key

1. Access the user menu and click “My Apps & Keys”.
2. On the Apps and Keys page, click “Add App and Integration Key”.
3. In the popup, enter a name for the app (e.g., ENSPACE) and click “Create App”.
4. Your integration key will be generated automatically. Copy this value and paste it into ENSPACE in the "Integration Key" field.

Generating the Token (RSA Key)

1. Still in the app settings, scroll to find the “Generate RSA” option.
2. Click to generate. A popup with the public key will appear. Copy it.
3. Return to ENSPACE and paste it into the "Token" field.

Copying User ID and API Account ID

1. On the Apps and Keys page, locate and copy the User ID and paste it into ENSPACE in the "User ID" field.
2. Just below, copy the API Account ID and paste it into the corresponding field in ENSPACE.

Finalizing

After filling all fields in ENSPACE (Integration Key, Token, User ID, and API Account ID), click “Finish”.

Your integration with DocuSign will be ready to use!
