Delete Items
Remove records from your categories
Deleting an item means removing it from the category's items table. Deleted items are sent to the trash, where they can be restored before permanent deletion.
Deleting an item removes all data associated with it, including attached files. If the item is linked to an ongoing task, deletion may impact the associated flow. Be cautious when deleting items with active tasks.
Delete a single item
In the items table, click the Actions dropdown of the desired item and select Delete. A confirmation will be requested before deletion.
Delete selected items
To delete more than one item at a time:
Select the items
In the table, check the selection boxes of the items you want to remove.
Open settings
Click the settings icon (gear) in the toolbar.
Delete
In the sidebar that opens, click the Delete icon and confirm the deletion.
Trash
Deleted items are sent to the workspace trash, where they remain for a limited time. During this period, they can be restored. After the deadline, deletion becomes permanent.
Deletion requires permission. If you do not have deletion permission in your role, the Delete option will not be available.
Flows after deletion
If the category has a flow configured with a deletion trigger, the flow will start automatically when deleting the item.
