Track your workday

The Home screen is the first page you see when accessing a workspace in ENSPACE. It functions as a personal dashboard, bringing together the most relevant information for your workday in one place.

At the top, there is a personalized greeting with your name and a productivity tip that changes periodically.


Categories

The Categories card displays the categories registered in the workspace. Initially, two rows of categories are shown — to see more, click See more.

Each card shows the category’s name, icon, and description. When you click a card, you are redirected to the items page for that category.

If there are no categories registered in the workspace, this card does not appear on the screen. The display of categories on the Home screen is global: either all categories appear for all members, or none. Categories visible on the Home screen but to which you do not have access permission will appear, but cannot be opened.


Overdue tasks

The Overdue tasks card displays scheduled tasks that have passed their deadline and have not yet been completed. It is the first highlighted information on the screen, helping you prioritize what needs immediate attention.

If there are no overdue tasks, the card will display a message indicating that there are no pending items. The Access tasks button takes you directly to the full list of Scheduled Tasks.


Upcoming tasks

The Upcoming tasks card shows scheduled tasks that have not yet reached their deadline, ordered by the closest due date. Up to 5 tasks are displayed per page.

If there are no upcoming tasks, the card displays a message indicating that there are no pending items. The access button takes you to the full list of Scheduled Tasks.


Quick tasks

The Quick tasks section lists the quick tasks assigned to you in the workspace. Each task displays the title, ID, assignee, priority level, and creation date.

The list is paginated — use the controls at the footer to navigate between pages. The refresh icon in the corner of the card allows you to manually reload the list.
