Allows the agent to generate a direct link to open a specific ENSPACE page.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the agent needs to send a link to the user to access a specific resource within ENSPACE directly through the browser.
Practical examples:
- "Send me the link for task TSK302"
- The agent creates a record and wants to send the link for the user to access
- The agent sends an email with an "Access Record" button
What the agent can do
- Generate a link to a specific record
- Generate a link to a specific task
- Generate a link to a category's record list
- Generate a link to the workspace home page
