Allows the agent to create new roles to organize workspace members' permissions.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the agent needs to add roles or positions that can be assigned to workspace members for organizational purposes.
Practical examples:
- "Create a role called Legal Coordinator"
- Set up the workspace's role structure during onboarding
- Add new roles as the company grows
What the agent can do
- Create roles with name, description, and icon
- Set the role's status (active or inactive)
Information the agent uses

Important notes
- Roles are for organization only — they do not define access permissions by themselves
- The role name must be unique within the workspace
- To assign a role to a member, use Update Member or set it in the invitation
