Allows the agent to change the access level, status, or role of a workspace member.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the agent needs to modify someone's access or role who is already a workspace member — promote, demote, block, reactivate, or change roles.
Practical examples:
- "Promote João to full access"
- "Block Carlos's access to the workspace"
- "Assign the Project Manager role to member 45"
- "Reactivate Maria's account that was inactive"
What the agent can do
- Change the member's access level
- Activate, deactivate, or block the member
- Assign or remove a role from the member
Member statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Normal access to the workspace |
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Inactive | Access temporarily suspended |
| Blocked | Access denied, invitations suspended |
Important notes
- This tool does not change personal data of the member (name, email, password) — only their link to the workspace
- Promoting someone to Owner level requires the operator to already be a workspace owner
