List Workspace Members
Allows the agent to query who has access to the workspace, with filters by name, email, status, and access level.
When to enable this tool
Use this tool when the agent needs to know who the workspace members are — to assign tasks, verify access, add to groups, or simply answer questions about the team.
Practical examples:
- "Who has access to the workspace?"
- "Find João Silva's email"
- Check active members before assigning a task or creating a group
- List all members with read-only access (viewer)
What the agent can do
- List all workspace members
- Search by name or email
- Filter by access level (owner, full, standard, read-only)
- Filter by status (active, pending, inactive, blocked)
- View the role assigned to each member
Access types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to the workspace |
| Full | Broad access |
| Standard | Normal access for daily use |
| Read-only | View-only access |
Important notes
- By default returns 10 members — request "all members" to get the complete list
- Pending members (who haven't yet accepted the invitation) also appear in results
