Organize item data into tabs with different content types.

View Folders

Folder configuration is done in the folder builder,
where you can add multiple tabs, each representing a type of content or functionality.

Tab Data
For each tab added, the following fields must be filled in:

  • Folder Name: Title of the tab.
  • Folder Type: Defines the content displayed in the tab. Available options are:
    • Attachments: Area for uploading and viewing files.
    • Evaluation: Displays data related to item evaluations.
    • Fields: Allows selecting specific fields from the type to display.
    • Documents: Displays documents linked to the item.
      • If the "based on field" option is enabled, you will need to select a document editor–type field.
    • Automatic Emails: Lists and configures automatic emails associated with the item.
    • Flows: Shows the progress of the item's flow.
    • Form: Allows selecting a form from the type to be displayed in the tab.
    • Integrations: Shows information from external integrations.
    • Mail Box: Area for managing emails associated with the item.
    • Notes: Space for manual notes.
    • Tasks: Displays tasks linked to the item.
    • Custom Screen: Allows displaying custom content.
  • Icon *: Icon that visually represents the tab.
  • Tab Order: Defines the tab’s position in the folder view.
  • Allowed Groups: Defines which user groups can view this tab.

Folder Behavior
Once created, the folder structure will be automatically applied to all items of the type.
The view and data shown in each tab will depend on the information filled out in the corresponding item.
