Notifications in Enspace are configured within a specific type and are automatically applied to each item created in that type.

They are used to send automatic reminders based on dates filled in the item’s fields.

Required Fields for Creation

Name *
Email Templates *
Field * (Select a date-type field, which will serve as the base for the calculation)
Calculation Type * (Defines the base for calculation: hour, day, month, year)
Calculation * (Numeric value that defines when the notification will be sent, relative to the chosen date field)
Frequency Type * (Value the system uses to check for pending notifications based on the frequency)
Description (optional)

You can define who will receive the notification:

Based on field (email): Sends the notification to the email present in an item field.
Based on field (workspace members): Sends to members defined in a member-type field.
Specific emails: Manually enter one or more email addresses.
Member group: Sends to all members of a defined group.
Requesting user: Sends to the user who created the item.

When you create this notification in the type, each new item will inherit this configuration.

⚠️ The notification will only be considered if the selected date field is filled in the item.

The system will check items based on the configured frequency, and the notification will be triggered automatically.
