How to Configure

1. Access the desired workspace.
2. In the side menu, click on Settings.
3. In the submenu, select Integrations.
4. Find the ClickSign integration and click "Install Integration".
5. In the ClickSign tab, click "Install Integration" again.
6. Choose the environment (production or sandbox) and fill in the following fields with information from your ClickSign account:
   • API Token
7. Click Save to complete the integration setup.

Preparing the Signature Workflow

8. Create a task of type Confirmation.
   • Enable the "Generate PDF" option.
   • Then enable "Generate Document from Field".
   • In the "Document Field", select the field where the document is stored.
   • Optionally, you can:
     • Attach a default PDF to the generated documents.
     • Insert a watermark.
9. In your workflow, add a Task of type "Use Integration" and select the "ClickSign" integration.
10. After selecting the integration, the following fields will be available:

• ClickSign Actions: select the "Send for Signature" option.
• Document Field: select a field of type "File Editor" that contains the document to be sent.
• Document Title: define the file name. You can use dynamic expressions.
• Signers Field: use a repeater-type field that must be created previously in the workflow.
  Structure of the Signers Field:
  ⚠️ The repeater field must include the following subfields:
  • Email (text with email mask): signer's email address.
  • Action (select): defines the participant's role in the signing process. The values must exactly match the following (labels are free, but the values must be exact):

  • Authentication (select): defines the type of authentication for participants. Values must match exactly:

  ⚠️ Optional subfields:
  • Name (text): signer's name.
  • Initials (enChips type): page number(s) to be initialed. Must match one of:

  • Group (number): defines the signing group/order.

Finalizing

11. With your tasks created, simply add the signers field and the document field into a form. Make sure this form is filled out before generating the PDF and sending it for signature.
12. You can now test the integration.
