How to Configure
- Access the desired workspace.
- In the side menu, click on Settings.
- In the submenu, select Integrations.
- Locate the AdobeSign integration and click "Install Integration".
- On the AdobeSign tab, click "Install Integration" again.
- Select the environment (production or testing) and fill in the following fields with the information obtained from your AdobeSign account:
- API Token
- Click Save to complete the integration installation.
Preparing the Signature Flow
- Create a task of type Confirmation.
- Enable the "Generate PDF" button.
- Then enable the "Generate Document From Field" button.
- In the "Document Field", select the field where the document is stored.
- Optionally, you can:
- Attach a standard PDF to the generated documents.
- Insert a watermark (seal).
- In your workflow, add a Task of type "Use Integration" and select the "AdobeSign" integration.
- After selecting the integration, the following fields will be available:
- AdobeSign Actions: select the option "Send for Signature".
- Document Source: define whether the document to be signed will come from a specific field or from an item document.
- If you select "Item Document", you will need to fill in:
- Document Title
- Signers Field
- If you select "Field", meaning you want to get the document from a field of type onlyoffice, you need to fill in:
- Document Field: select a field of type "File Editor" that contains the document to be sent.
- Document Title: define the file name. You can use dynamic expressions.
- Signers Field: use a repeater field, which must be created previously in the flow.
Structure of the Signers Field:
⚠️ The repeater field must contain the following subfields:- Action (selection type): defines the participant's role in the signing process. The values must match exactly the ones below (the label is free, but the values must be identical):
Value Description SIGNER Signers who sign the document manually or digitally approvers Approver (participates by approving, without legally signing) - Order (number type): order of signatures.
- Email (text type with email mask): signer's email address.
- If you select "Item Document", you will need to fill in:
Finalizing
- With your tasks created, just add the signers field and the document field to a form. Make sure this form is filled out before PDF generation and signing.
- You are ready to test.
