Learn about ENSPACE task types

ENSPACE has two types of tasks, each with a different origin and purpose. Both are accessible through the Tasks menu in the Member section of the side menu.

Quick Tasks

These are tasks created manually by you or automatically generated by a Spaceflow. They are organized in a Kanban board — a visual board with columns representing stages of work.

Quick tasks are recommended for one-off activities that need to be tracked in an agile way, with drag-and-drop movement between columns.

Use cases:

  • Track internal team activities (pending, in progress, completed).
  • Monitor quick requests that do not depend on a formal workflow.
  • Visualize tasks generated by Spaceflows in a shared board.

To learn more, see the Quick Tasks page.

Scheduled Tasks

These are tasks generated automatically by workflows — the flows configured within workspace categories. They cannot be created manually; they arise as a result of a workflow execution.

Scheduled tasks are recommended for tracking structured activities, with assignees, deadlines, SLAs, and a direct link to the workflow that originated them.

Use cases:

  • Track pending approvals in a contract workflow.
  • Check overdue tasks or tasks outside the defined SLA.
  • Identify which stage of the workflow each task is in.

To learn more, see the Scheduled Tasks page.
