Beni in its own app

The Beni App is a web application dedicated to ENSPACE's AI assistant. You sign in and land straight in a chat-only screen with Beni, with the same assistant and the same resources you already use inside the product, without opening the full ENSPACE.

On the web, the app is available at its own address, beni.enspace.io.

Information
Access uses your ENSPACE account. You only see and use the workspaces and resources you have permission for, and Beni consumes en-credits on each interaction.

How to access

Open beni.enspace.io in your browser and sign in with your ENSPACE credentials. Nothing needs to be installed.

All your workspaces in one place

The app's biggest advantage is bringing all the workspaces you belong to into one place. Using the selector in the top-left corner, you switch workspaces without leaving the conversation.

Beni then answers and acts within the chosen workspace, respecting your permissions: it knows that environment's categories, item types and data. For anyone who takes part in several workspaces, it is the fastest way to move between them.

What Beni does

Through the conversation, Beni does not just answer, it acts in the workspace, just as it would inside ENSPACE:

  • Queries the workspace data and explains the environment and its categories.
  • Summarizes items and sends the summary by email.
  • Lists the available categories and item types.
  • Creates tasks and records according to your instructions.

On each conversation's start screen, the app suggests quick actions and highlights the categories available in the selected workspace, as a starting point.

Agents, models and attachments

  • Agent: the selector at the top of the conversation lets you choose which agent you talk to. The choice applies from the next message, without losing the history.
  • AI model: you define which model answers the message.
  • Attachments: you can attach files to the conversation for Beni to consider as context.

History and search

Conversations are kept in the list on the left, grouped by period. You can start a new conversation at any time and use search to find a previous one.

Security and governance

  • Access requires authentication in ENSPACE.
  • You only see the workspaces and resources you have permission for.
  • The selected workspace defines the context of Beni's data, categories and actions.
  • The actions Beni performs respect the workspace's rules and permissions.
