1. New Features
1.1 Word Plugin: BENI AI in the assistant selector
The ENSPACE plugin for Word, a separate product that works inside Microsoft Word, now brings Beni AI into the same list as the reviewer agents. At the top of the conversation, a selector brings together Beni as the ENSPACE assistant and, right below it, the workspace's native and custom agents.
You can now switch without changing screens: an agent reviews the open document and returns suggestions, while Beni acts in your workspace from the same context, such as creating a record in the reference category. The document remains the context of the conversation, and the choice in the selector defines who answers the request. The plugin is still in beta, installed by manifest, and the selector respects the workspaces and permissions you have access to.

2. Bug Fixes
In the Word plugin, even after the AI Agent finished running and delivered the result, some intermediate steps kept showing the loading indicator, giving the impression that the session was still in progress.
The fix updates the status of every step to completed when the run finishes, so the indicator reflects the real state of the session.
In the Word plugin chat, when sending a message, the scroll did not follow the response while it was being generated, keeping the screen stuck at the top of the history and forcing the user to scroll down manually to see the latest content.
The fix makes the chat automatically follow the new content, keeping the conversation positioned on the latest message.
In the Word plugin, the summary of findings that should always appear as a table sometimes came as plain text, without the column alignment and the severity indicators, which made it harder to read and compare.
The fix keeps this content always in a structured table format.
In the Word plugin's workspace list, the icons did not load, showing only a blank space in place of each one.
The fix makes the workspace icons load normally in the list.
